A good week

It has been a good week. I have stuck as close to 1200 calories as I could. I have tried to fit in walking. I even tried to walk while I was my DH's gopher. He did tell me to go out and walk. He wanted me to quit "pacing" LOL. I didn't want to leave him in the attic alone so I quit pacing but am trying to fit in walking when I can.

I'm determined to be able to report to my doctor in 3 months with a loss and my blood work numbers down.

Tomorrow begins a new week!

    Finally I caught up to your blog! Life has been too hectic. My DD has enlisted in the Navy - I took her to the recruiting station tonight for her first DEP class - whatever that is! The Senior Chief asked me why I forgot the cookies! Well, next month he'll get his cookies! Sarah is very happy now. She leaves for Great Lake, Ill. in Oct. Oh, she is going to be an aviation structural mechanic with the goal of being a pilot.

So, what has been going on at your end? I see you are working on your house. And how is your health? And the heat in your house? As always, Diane. emoticon
