Goals for the Week

This week I plan to get back on track. I've let so much slide lately!!
Back to business now.
1) At least 10,000 steps a day. I didn't make that goal a few days last week
2) 10 flights of stairs a day
3) ten glasses of water a day
4) some kind of exercise every day
5) eat more fruits and vegetables each day
Simple. I can do that.

I am blessed with a fabulous daughter and some fabulous friends. I'm grateful for each day I've been given. I'm thankful for the opportunity to better myself and to grow as a person. I'm thankful for the chance to become healthy and reach my goals.

    You my dear will be fine. you just need to let up on yourself. Ok, so you didn't make the 10.000 steps a couple of days you did make it the others. You can do this you and me just need to see what we do that is good and quit with the always seeing what we don't do. Today is your day to succeed and I will be right there beside you.
