I haven't been able to maintain a consistent exercise routine for the last couple weeks and it's showing in the scale. Achieving this 90 day challenge is quickly becoming an impossible dream. I have lost only 7 pounds in 5 weeks, leaving 20 pounds to go in the remaining 7 weeks. I'm not throwing in the towel and am reminding myself that 7 pounds lost is still better than no pounds lost. I'm moving in the right direction with my weight loss and am still benefiting myself physically by trying this challenge. Maybe I'll have a week like the contestants on Biggest Loser and drop a big number.
