So, it's finally a little past the half way point for this pregnancy. I am 24 weeks which means i have 16 weeks to go! Yay! I am HUGE! lol Weight update. I have gained 27 lbs (last time I checked) and am very upset. I still have a looooong way to go. The baby will be gaining about .5 lb at this point which means that I will gain anywhere from 2-4 lbs a month from here on out. I am trying to keep portions in control and healthy items in control. I've even decided to cut out as much sodium as possible, as it's a water retainer....ugh. don't need anymore swelling! lol With all that said, glad it's almost over. Don't mind having another angel...just mind the uncomfortable parts of this! lol Anyway, I am getting back into the workout routine, and I can even do a little spin (light and slower) with adjustments to the seat...and I still do short (very short) running intervals. Maybe 30-60 seconds on a bit higher speed and 2-3 minutes on a lower speed. Walk in between. But, with all this said. Can't wait for summer to be here to meet our addition. Excited.....sooo, just a small update and I haven't come to terms about the weight gain...but just trying to enjoy and watch 95% of what goes in. Excited Excited!
