Wow-- I'm Back

I can't believe I've been away from spark people for this long.
Alarming to know that a year ago I was 20 lbs lighter and only 14lbs away from my goal weight, but I'm not going to kick myself : ).
I'm going to remain more focused this time around. I've found what helped me to lose the weight was tracking and journaling. It allowed me to keep myself accountable.
The good things that I committed to over the previous year was that I joined Crossfit and that I started eating Paleo. I'm about 80% Paleo and it's improved my life drastically.
Curently I'm doing a whole30 and one thing i have ot make sure is not to eat too much. Yes' there is such a thing as eating too much healthy food because a calorie is a calorie and it all adds up.
I'm going to calorie cycle and see how it works for me. Days that I work out I will eat 1700 calories and 300 g carbs. Days I do not work out, I will eat 1500 calories and 100 g carbs.
I can't wait for the day to wear a 2 pc swimsuit on the beach : )
