#2 Weekly Challenge: Stretching

Well I did not stretch today. I have no excuses I made everything else a priority.

Tomorrow is another day I will start this commitment early in the am. I will set my clock to wake me up and I will start with 5 minute until I can do this.

I break it in two parts 5 minute in the morning and 65 in the evening.
