Whoever said exercise gives you a "high" was high themselves
I HATE EVERY minute I am at the gym, not much happier when I workout at home either. The only thing that I don't mind is taking a walk but there are days even that is torture! I so do not feel "high" and believe me I know what "high" feels like(from my younger days!) The only thing that keeps me going is I want to lose weight, I want to look good, and I want to be healthier. Maybe I will feel these endorphins when I am closer to my goal weight but for the time being my workouts are total torture! (after this week's weigh in I wonder why I even went back) Not to mention after today's workout all I want are carbs and have totally eaten all the points I earned today.
Going to try and go back tomorrow after work, have PT on Tuesday and maybe if I am not totally exhausted from this time change thing messing me up I will go Wednesday too.
