1. Drink 8 - 10 cups of water.
2. Eat 6 freggies, 2 maximum as fruit.
3. Walk a minimum of 15 minutes.
4. Stretch after walking for minimum 10 minutes.
Drinking my water has become second nature again. Really glad of that.
Focusing on freggies really helped me today, I was feeling munchy in the afternoon, but I managed to eat an apple to cope, and realized that I had actually been hungry!
I walked for 15 minutes with the kiddos today, and that would have been enough to satisfy goal #3, but it was at a very slow pace to explore the park we were at. It was enough for sick kiddo, but I wanted more. So, I dropped them off at home and walked on my home for 30 minutes. When I mapped it afterwards, it came up that my average pace was 3.1 miles an hour! Lately, I have been happy with anything over 2.3, so that was a big reward for all of my efforts!
I stretched after the walk, and it felt great. Stretching yesterday was very beneficial, because otherwise I think I would have been too sore to walk today.
Feeling pretty buoyant right now, and really enjoying my small successes.
