Back in the old days, I lived as I wanted to live.
I ate carefully, and not too much.
I didn't overspend.
I exercised the way that I wanted to.
I kept my house as I wished.
I slept and woke on my own schedule.
I do not do this now.
I feel resentful, but abdicating power was my decision: a very poor decision, and one that I cannot sustain. But I cannot blame anyone but myself for my decision.
