Yesterday I ran my first 10K. It was part of the training series for the Indy Mini that I will be running in May. I completed it in 1:20:08, which was just the time I thought I would complete it in. It was a lot of fun, and I got to go shopping for a proper sports bra for running and groceries. Sports bra shopping did not go as well as I hoped since they didn't have the size I wanted to try on, but I realized I need to get a different size bra than I currently have, which is good.
I need to be better at nutrition. That use to be the area that I rocked, but lately it hasn't been. It's especially hard at school, where I'm not responsible for every meal and watch my roommates eating pizza, ravioli, and ramen for every meal. It's hard to find the time to track and difficult when I don't always know what I'm eating, but I need to do it.
In other news, I'm trying to decide what to do next year. I have an overseas job offer and am really looking at it but my parents don't approve. If you could be praying about that, it would be great.
