Don't Give Into Worry

Today I did almost that, I was not in the mood to workout, because I had a lot on my mind. Finally I forced myself to the gym. I Told myself I can think just as easy while I am working out. Once the blood started going to my brian from working out. I gained some clarity about what was bothering me, truthfully it was no longer a big deal I felt fine and was just rocking to the workout music. I am glad I did not give into my feelings and if you are reading this and feeling down trust me working out is better than sitting around worrying.
