The granola bar I am having for lunch has 6 grams of fat. I don't think that is to bad

    I suppose as long as it tastes ok? And your stomach likes it? Most protein bars don't taste great, and are not worth eating, for me.

    I spend a lot time looking at labels in the gorcery store. I have never try and kashi bars. May have to look at them. I do like zone bars and they have lots of protein which I have to have daily

    I am not sure of the fat count on the ones I usualy get how ever I do kashi bars. When I first started I spent hours in the grochery store comparing products. I looked at ingredents, calories, fat, sugar and such. I only buy kashi they must have fit better for my snacks
