Sunday... PREP Day!
UGH. Weekend is done. BOO. I just wanted it to last a little longer. Time for prep day and I can't seem to move my a$$ fast enough.
I have only done the grocery shopping and laundry. I need to add some info to a PP presentation I have for Monday class and also all the bells and whistles packed in the car by 9 pm.
I need to also organize and prep my food for all the way up until Wednesday. I need to make protein pancakes and some cut up veggies for fresh snacks.
Let me just layout this clustermu*&ck of a week.....
Monday: work then presentation for my night class
*tonight finish touching presentation and pick out the outfit
Tuesday: Drive to EL for work training (which means I have to get up at 5 am leave the house by 6 am and then drive for an hour and a half, be at training all day, THEN drive anotehr hour and a half home)
NOT to mention that I need to prep my lunch and snacks for hte WHOLE day since the last training I did there sucked because of hte awful unhealthy foods they offered.
Wednesday: work then my tutoring program then night class
head home drink wine and breath!!
prep for thursday friday meals.
Friday clean the house and prep for husbands in laws visit.
YEAH no break for me this week.
stress is building in my mind but I need to remind myself it is not a big deal and I am fine with a few minutes of preparation and planning. I can get through the busy.
I just need to stop marathon watching the bachelor......
