This week was better than last week. Getting used to not having Denali around the house. During week 2 i rode the bike two times and played DDR. Not quite up to working out a little every day, but three days a week is not too bad at least. :)
Today, the start of week 3 on Sparks, my goal is to re start the 10 minute daily challenge and start logging the miles. I really want to prove to myself that I can become a runner AAnd get the booty I always wanted.
