Up two more pounds -- and I'm not off to a good start this week as today I've been dipping into the chocolate chips...
I'm sure that I earned every ounce of those two pounds with my horrid eating this past week. I just couldn't seem to resist the munchie monsters.
I did do well with drinking water and I've continued my exercise streak with at least 20 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds every day.
I have been taking healthy lunches every day and an apple for a snack most days. Then mid-afternoon the munchies hit -- I think that it is boredom. I need to get into the habit of drinking more water instead of hitting the munchie rack. Saturday was a good day at work, I was busy all day working on inventory and didn't have many chances for nibbling. However, the evening wasn't so good.
In addition to my continuing goals of drinking enough water and taking good lunches to work, this week I will "eat clean" (no munchies) at least three days.
In other news, I finally was able to ditch the neck gear late Wednesday. I don't have full range of motion looking from side to side, but looking up and down are pretty good. I do have some muscle strain and pops in my neck and probably will for some time.
We've had snow this past week and kind of cold, so not much has melted. It is supposed to warm up to the mid-40's for the week along with some rain/snow, so we will have some snow melt and mud. It would be nice to have some of the bad mud holes in the streets dried up, but it may be a while.
I'm looking forward to being able to get some outdoors projects worked on.
