Day Three Drink More Water and I Hate Snow!

My next tip is drink more water along with eating healthy. I found out that if i drink more water it helps me lose weight faster. I flush out the salt in my body and also get rid of excess water with it. We all have gotten on the scale and saw a gain and wondered how it happened when we were eating right and exercising. Drinking more water helps you lose weight as well. You typically gain weight in 3 ways. By eating over your calories, water retention, or by gaining muscle mass. I would rather have the muscle mass, cause muscle burns more fat. So drink between 8-10 glasses of water a day or more. I usually drank between 12-15 a day. We are supposed to get some more snow tonight! Yes i am going to talk about how much i hate snow and how tired i am of seeing it and shoveling it. It is good for the arms but this is ridiculous! I long for spring and warm weather and being able to walk without worrying about ice, snow, or water everywhere. We are ready to train again but the other day when we tried one of the roads we go on had water from one side to the other! We had to turn around and go back. Bah Humbug on snow!

    I wonder if shoveling is what's bothering your arm since shoveling is very demanding. I hope the snow is done for you this winter.

Oh my, I so know what you mean about the snow! I live in Wisconsin too, seems like every Tuesday or Thursday we're getting it. I am with you on hoping it's gone soon! Hope your training road is clear soon...before we know it, we'll see some green grass and smell the spring air!
