I have officially made it over a week without drinking any diet coke, no artificial sweeteners and very low sugar intake. My biggest hurdle was to go off the diet coke as I am addicted to it and drink far too much, mainly wanting off it because of the sweeteners. I did it, I combatted caffeine headaches by drinking one cup of tea in the morning and another later on if i felt a headache coming on. I read labels religiously to avoid other sweeteners in things. I feel good and I feel successful, not to mention the amounts of water I have drank now that I don't have my diet coke. It's amazing how when you put your mind to something it is easier than you think.
