Last Sunday I posted my goals for the week and guess what? I met all of them
I feel so motivated now that I am in ONEderland. So here are my goals for the following week:
- 100 minutes of exercise a day
- Continuing level 1 of the 30-Day-Shred twice a day (totally love it)
- Adding parts of level 2 each day
- Eating within my calorie range
- Drinking enough water
- Being able to button up that one pair of pants I am finally able to pull up
