Today has been a pretty good day. I have a bunch of calories left for dinner and evening snacking. I've been exercising. I did the 11-minute seated cardio workout from this site (phew! it wore me out!) and went for a walk with the kid. It was only like 10 minutes but after the workout earlier, my body is a bit sore! I was thinking about using the glider later but I think I might just be happy with what I've already done today.
