I think the scale moved...to a lower number. I feel like it might be a trick. I'm going to keep an eye on it from a distance so I don't spook it.

These first 10 days have kinda kicked a$$
18.75miles jogged
527 fitness minutes
33 activity pts - I found out about those on Sunday
Possible 2lb weight loss - I apparently appear slimmer - lots of compliments this weekend - I eat that sh!t up - totally use it to keep me on track

I used a pin from Miss Emily for my jog this week; Minka Kelly's treadmill workout. Her approach is to increase mph each minute going from 5.0 up to 8.0, walking at 4.5 for 2minutes, repeat 5x. I increased each lap going 5.0, 5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4 and then decreased each lap back down to 5.0. I brought my time down from 49.59min for 4.28miles to 47.06min for 4.26miles. I'd say PROGRESS!

I really should have done more research on ww before just jumping into it. I had no idea really how this worked or how EVERYTHING I normally eat (that I feel good about eating) is worth like 5+ pts. I feel pretty restricted. I googled a few pages for zero pt food lists and Miss Emily again came to my rescue with some recipe blogs. I'm hitting the grocery store this afternoon so I'll be more prepared next week. The biggest problem this week was I had a baby shower and wedding reception. I wanted to be able to enjoy the treats and booze. So I worked my tush off to get activity pts and stayed within my daily allowance. Saturday I ate and drank what I wanted in moderation...well the eating was in moderation and I enjoyed myself. This morning I'm still seeing the weight loss, so all is well.

If you've never tried Woodchuck Hard Cider, I recommend it. It's gluten free (I've not felt bloated after a night of imbibing) and it's only 2pts!

I have yet to do any p90x. I haven't even had a chance to watch the dvds. Hopefully this week I'll have a chance to pop them in. I have another wedding reception this weekend so it'll be another tough week. I'm going to continue with my 4mile jogs, pinterest workouts, and ww points. Going to toss in a couple new workouts this week to keep me fresh.

Hey, you didn't know the first time-- that's okay! Research, find out what's up, and go from there! Not a big deal!

HOORAY FOR NUMBERS IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!

And lots more exclamation points! That is what was going on in my head the entire time I read your entry! :) Yay!
