So, I've faltered from my 8 glass a day water challenge the past few days. I find myself going to the bathroom inconveniently often, but I'm going to start again with that challenge and make a goal to stick to it for an entire week.
The squats challenge is awesome, I'm up to 105 today & have been following the regemin faithfully since the beginning of the month. I have also been tracking my intake every day this month and staying within my calorie range!
I bought my Crescent City Classic outfit this week, & it's uber cute! I was going to get new shoes, but idt I want to start breaking in a new pair this close to the event, so maybe that'll be my reward for completing it. I'm going to need a lot of discipline to not go crazy after the race and start eating everything I want. *Le sigh* being in New Orleans is gonna make that extremely difficult, but I can do it!
