Finally met my goal this week, it was to burn 3,500 calories for the week. Yes it was a success! My next goal is to do it all over again and see if it will help keep me motivated.
Today I started with a 45 min. walk then an hour bike ride. I think I'm off to a good start to the week. I just hope my knees don't give out on me.
