What Happened to My Energy?

Sunday, March 10, 2013

It is such a gorgeous day! Even though it is really windy, it is 70 degrees and it feels so nice. It will rain later but we decided to make the most of it and go on one of our long walks. Usually we go about three miles, sometimes more. Today I thought we would do more but I just did not have the "get up and go!" Sometimes I am practically sprinting this route (which includes some nice hills and lots of pretty scenery) but today I could could barely get myself going. I was motivated when we left and was sure we would do the longer route, but after we go out there I just felt like I had no energy. I don't know why - I've been getting enough sleep (for once) and have been eating well. I just had a rest day from exercise on Friday so I shouldn't be tired from too much exercise. So, we did go the three miles and it took us about an hour. I am glad that we are done but I think that tomorrow we are just going to go a mile.

The good thing is that you finished your walk. Hang in there, and maybe you'll feel your regular energy tomorrow emoticon

Don't know, but I'm feeling the same way here. Just barely moving.
