Day #259 - Successful weekend???

Happy Sunday!!! My goal this weekend was to stay focus and not turn the entire weekend into cheat days. How you may ask?! Well as I blogged on Friday I typically lose my great habits over the weekend. I don't eat regularly and I usually don't drink my water like I should.

So this weekend so far I've done much better. I was out most of the day yesterday so I didn't drink water most of the day. I detest public bathrooms unless it's a must. I did go workout yesterday before going out. I drank my bottle of gatorade first. I ran my many errands and when I got home I downed 3.5 bottles of water before bed which is 64 ounces which isn't too bad. Today I'm working on my water and I also did a 30 minute wog before church. I got to get in my jacks and squats before days end. I've managed to eat quite regularly on both days.

So I can say weekend one is an improvement over the past weekends. Now to keep my week on track with eating and cooking. One day at a time...one step of getting better each and every day. My goal this week is to cook at least 3 days out of the 5 day work week. As I've realized before I don't have time to workout, cook and get to church on time on Tuesday/Thursday. So something has to give. I also want to try and get up at least 3 days this week to wog or try wogging at the gym. I'm starting to like it. I wogged this morning and decided to try week 2 which is 90 second jog and 2 minutes of walking. Wasn't sure I was conditioned for that but aha!!! I made it to the end and didn't get tired or feel like I would quit. Mentally I was defeating myself but I kept pushing through. So I want to get on to the next step with this and hopefully get to the end.

Can't have success if you don't make plans and you can't know what you're striving for unless you make goals to get there...right? Okay that's it happy Sunday

    Sounds like you are on the right track. I too hate public toilets. I take water with me on my errands & pray to God I can hold it until I get home. Stay on track with your goals for next week & see the scale reflect the great work you are doing!! emoticon

    That interval workout of jogging and walking torches calories. You will definitely build your endurance up with that.
