It's only been 8 days since my last blog and I'm feeling better! I have been careful with my knees and they don't hurt as much. Little by little I am cleaning up home (which has been much neglected by myself and my roommates), and trying to be positive. So far I've had one friend say they noticed a difference, and I hope I can keep this up.

Next up for today: Laundry, push-ups, and planks.

    I can empathize with knee problems! I had a bad case of tendonitis in both my knees earlier this year. Way to focus on doing the exercises that you can manage in the meantime! emoticon
