Turbo Fire that is.
I just finished week 4 of Turbo Fire. I've noticed big changes in my body. I definitely have more muscle definition. Since I started SparkPeople 11/11/2012 My measurements are (36- 29.75 -39.75)
I can't remember my hips being less than 40 inches ever and my waist less than 30 inches. I have lost 1 inch in my bust, 4.75 inches in my waist, 2.25 inches in my hips,1 inch in each thigh. 0.8 in my calf and 0.75 in each bicep. I have been reading Charlene Johnson's book PUSH
and doing her 30 day challenge. which helps with goal setting in all aspects of your life. I had to write a priority statement on the first day. I 've shared it below. For most of my life I was a family caregiver ,nurse and a enabling wife of an alcoholic. I never cared for myself and I suffered in everyway because of it.
MY PRIORITY STATEMENT ------------------------------
------------"My number one priority is my health and well being. I want to create balance in all aspects of my life. I will honor this by setting boundaries with my time away from work. I plan to limit my time with any person or activity that is mindless ,toxic or stress producing. I will surround myself and seek out people and activities that give me strength, energy and joy. I will make sure eating well, exercise, proper sleep and prayer are a daily part of my life. Remembering they are needed to keep me focused and happy so I can be successful in all of my other roles and pursuits in my life. I will no longer let fear rule my decisions in life."
