I'm ready for a great week!!!
Here are my lunches:
~ Chopped veggies for salad (including bell peppers, cucumber, corn, tomato, onion, cilantro, broccoli, spinach, romaine, avocado, and mango)
~ black beans and curried brown rice to add to the salad, with raw pumpkin seeds and craisins
~ peanut butter sandwiches and sprouted flax Ezekiel bread
