Lunches Prepped For The Week

I'm ready for a great week!!!

Here are my lunches:
~ Chopped veggies for salad (including bell peppers, cucumber, corn, tomato, onion, cilantro, broccoli, spinach, romaine, avocado, and mango)
~ black beans and curried brown rice to add to the salad, with raw pumpkin seeds and craisins
~ peanut butter sandwiches and sprouted flax Ezekiel bread

Hey how do you keep the veggies fresh? Mine always get cruddy after a couple days in the fridge. I've tried lemon juice but it didn't work too well.

    Awesome!
Sunday morning is my usual day to prep all of my fruits and vegetables for the week! I always feel so terrific once I have completed my prep work. I know it will be another week of healthy eating!
