March Measurements

This blog is late because I'm supposed to be taking my measurements on the first Sunday of every month, but I've been doing so bad with my healthy lifestyle that I didn't want to see how bad things were.... but I did them today.

February 2013:

I'm disappointed in myself with how I've been doing. This whole last week I was sick so there were some days that I really was just letting myself rest, but towards the end of me being sick I'm sure I could have busted out a workout, and I didn't.

Yesterday I tried working out for the first time after being sick... I just did Jillian's 30 day shred level 1 and I was struggling a bit. I don't think I'm that out of shape since I was working out before I got sick, so I just think my body's not fully recovered yet.

This week I broke down and ordered the Omron body fat measurement thing... I've been wanting one for a long time. I've had calipers that I've been using for my body fat, but I don't think they're as accurate. I should be getting my Omron around Wednesday or Thursday this week.
