I am here reviewing what we did last week on our challenge team...make a commitment to change something or commit to a goal that would improve our health, blog about it for a week with the goal of impacting both our own health and those of our team mates for the better!!
I chose to add in some change to my exercise, decrease the fat and increase the fiber in my diet all with the ultimate goal of making these changes permanent in my lifestyle. After 7 days of doing these I have added them to my spark goals and am realized that ongoing change requires me to remember them each day and to keep them as a priority. Writing them in my goals and having to look at them and check them off each day is what works for me!!
So I was wondering...
What goal did you commit to last week?
What changes have you made in your life?
Were you successful in the change?
Are they valuable enough to make them life style changes?
How will you sustain them for the long run?
Would love to hear from any of you have made a change and how you make/made this change for the long run and part of your life style??
