Since starting SparkPeople, the one thing I need to work on is night time eating.
I do really well all through out the day, track my calories and stay with in range. But I don't know what happens but I get horrible cravings after supper. They are mostly carbohydrate related, crackers, bread, cereal, and I give in.
I have decided last night was the last night that was going to happen. I have cut myself off! No more eating after 8:00 pm.
I end up eating more calories then recommend at the end of the day and I feel pretty embarrassed the next morning.
Wish me luck! and please if you have any tips on how to get through night time cravings please let me know.
