Today's Weigh In

I am not thrilled about weighing myself in today. Here's what I've been eating (brace yourselves):

3/8/2013 - Wings and Things (Zaxby's) and "Gotta Have It" size Ice Cream (Coldstone) [also had 3 mini turkey wraps and 3 mini turkey and roast beef triangles)

3/9/2013 - Dominos: Whole Medium Pizza, Hot Wings w/ Bleu Cheese, and Parmesan Bites

ASIDE from this, even though I was eating only healthy things until the 8th, I was eating too much of it. I ate like 6 servings of almonds, dried cranberries, and raisins per day!

Needless to say I am very disappointed in myself. Like, sometimes I have the greatest self control, and other times I just flop. Anyway, stay tuned later on for my weigh in!

    I also have had those times where I feel guilty for something I ate, and I just don't want to track it because I know I will feel worse. But in the end, the best thing to do is track it because next time you are confronted with a food temptation you will be less likely to eat it! Best of luck to you! You are doing GREAT!!!

    I've been feeling a lot less motivated lately. The spirit IS willing but the flesh is SOOO weak . . . Glad we have the challenge team so we can give each other a kick in the patooty when we need it!

    Yes, I definitely agree that tracking EVERYTHING (good or back) would help! The crazy thing is, I knew that I would feel guilty, so I didn't track it!!!!!! That amazes me. But now, I'm about to take things more seriously and be more realistic in my approach!!

    emoticon use the Nutrition Tracker- log it ALL in & see how many calories add up to extra pounds fast!
I graze- so I've been staying on tracking. On track of tracking that is! I've been way over on carbs, sodium & can't seem to meet my protein needs.

    Everyday is a clean slate. You can make tomorrow an on track day. Just for the record we all get off track from time to time. You just have to remember to get back on. emoticon
