Okay, was little hungry before breakfast. Then I ate breakfast and am more hungry then before I ate....what the hell !! Can someone explain that to me ....Grrrr
So went to the city for dinner and movie today. Found it really hard to stick with the plan. Went over in my calories but I actually do not feel that bad about it.
1) I did not go to buffet!
The calorie information from my salad at Tony Roma's is from their web site. However I did not have the blue cheese or bacon on the salad, and only used 1/4 of the dressing ( about a table spoon). So while it says the salad is 805 calories, i do believe the true # is less.
2) I had a 100 cal low fat snack on the drive there. Normally I would have large bag of beef jerky.
3) I had a medium skinny mocha Starbucks instead of a large full fat Frapaccino with whip cream.
4) I didn't eat a large bag of movie popcorn with extra butter at the movie.
I had a low fat frozen yogurt and snack size nuts and bolts totaling 320 cal and 4.5g fat.
SO YES I THINK I STILL DID VERY WELL FOR THE DAY :-D
