Well, I think I learn how to do things on the computer and then I wonder.... now how did that go again?

So one of these days I will have time in my busy schedule to figure out how to give away some spark goodies to you folks and add a little more decoration to my page.

I have to tell you that I love my new decal for my car that reads: " I Love SparkPeople"
and it is really true.... you all inspire me to keep doing the things I need to
do to achieve my fitness and health goals!

When I think of you.... even in general, I am spurred on to increase my level of fitness and keep on track with my eating habits!
