So I did really good tracking my calorie intake the first two days but yesterday I blew that out of the water. I went over my limit but 400. But I'm going to do better today.
On the other hand, I have been doing great on one of my other goals. See I have a really hard time sleeping, so I set a goal to get 6 hours of sleep a night. I have been getting at least 6 lately. Besides the night I was sick, but that doesn't count.
Last night I got at a full 8 hours of sleep of course the cold medicine could have something to do with that. I am still going to count it tho.
