Since last Sunday I have lost 2.6 lbs and I'm very happy! I changed things up and I have been doin the elliptical and the stationary bike maybe this week I'll throw in some P90X Kenpo (cause its boxing and I love it and it makes me sweat) I thin this proves I just need to change things up and not keep it all the same stuff 😁
