The Bottle Let Me Down

Sunday, March 10, 2013

Most of my adult life I've used alcohol as a vehicle to health, wealth and wisdom. Well, needless to say it didn't quite work out. So, here I am, 60 years old, fat and unhealthy and desperate to change my ways.

I've decided to try another approach to achieve my goals and do this "eat healthy and exercise"
routine. This week will be my 8th week and all seems well, so far. Although, I seem to have hit a wall with my weight loss the past couple of weeks, I attend to emoticon

Wish Me Luck!

Good going! On those weeks when you don't lose pounds focus on the other positives that are going on - less hunger, better energy, looser clothing, etc.

You're off to a great start! Keep it up!

Hang in there... Punishing yourself will not make the pain go away. I am praying for you.
