I did really good last week on my weekly schedule until Friday. The snowstorm stopped me from going to the aquatic/fitness center and about 10:30 I got sick. I don't know where I could have picked up a bug, but I sure did. I was not feeling good yesterday either. I didn't eat well for 2 days, and only managed 6 glasses of water each day. Oh well, people do get sick, like my niece says, Kim not Brianna, sh*t happens.
Sunday--I am feeling better and getting the heck out of this house. It is

and getting into the high 40's today, yes, you read that right. It is suppose to be like this all week. I am going for a walk. From previous walks taking this route I know I get 4 floors climbed by going up the small hill. Then I climbed 3 floors to get back up to the apartment. I will do 10 minutes of stretching to fulfill Living the Good Life Challenge.
Monday--I am going to continue to work on forming my habit of going to the aquatic/fitness center on Mondays. I am going to stick with only 1 rep of 10 but increase by one walking the pool sideways. I am also going to add bicycling with a noodle or waist belt for 5 minutes. Last week I just hung with the noodle. I will do 10 minutes of stretching to fulfill Living the Good Life Challenge. When I get home before even going upstairs, I am going to walk the same route I did yesterday. I will do a few stretches after walking before getting into the shower.
Tuesday--I am going to do the 9 minute Lower Body Sculpting video & 7 Minute Arm Shaper with Dumbbells. These are part of the January Jumpstart Challenge videos. It is a challenge. Here are the links.
