My grandson first birthday yesterday and didn't stay as on track as I would have liked. Didn't have birthday cake but did munch on the apps that were out and those things are never on a diet plan. 2 glasses of white wine too. But I did manage to do a really good work out in the morning and did not give in too much to bad stuff just a few. Before if I would give in at a party or function I would figure well you have blown it for today you might as well really blow it. I know I was over my calorie count but I think I managed to stay within a reasonable range, and I am back on track today. Hoping to get in another good work out later too.
