Today is day 4 for me! Was bummed yesterday though. Me and the boyfriend were supposed to go for a walk around a lake, but the area was under construction, so instead we walked around the mall. Better than nothing, but I would have rather been outside =( I'm kind of mad at him. He knows I'm trying to lose weight, but I think he forgets sometimes. For instance, he bought breakfast. Very sweet of him. But he got me a chicken biscuit and a large coke. Almost 900 calories, so I have to have a small lunch and small dinner. Grrrr....lol.
I really need to get working on unpacking too. We've been here a week and there's still things packed up. Especially my work out room. I have three dvd's to use! A yoga for beginners, tae bo, and jillian michaels 30 day shred. I also need to find my digital scale too. I even decided for every 10 pounds I lose, I'll measure my body fat. When I started my journey I was at 280 lbs, and 42.6% body fat. I'd like to be 180 lbs and maybe 20-25% body fat. I say in a year I'll be there, since I know I'm going to stick with this. ;)
I'm also pretty glad I pre-ordered the Spark Solution. The Spark Coach has been awesome, and I think it is going to definitely help me to stay on track!
