Weekly Results (A little early)

I am posting my weekly results one day early. It is my TOTM and I wanted to get my results in before I retained too much water. It also seemed fitting because FINALLY I hit my 20lbs lost. WOO WOO! 2nd weight goal down! 3 more rewards to go :D I will go get my new shoes sometime this week and I can't wait. I definitely need it with the C25k training.

Speaking of C25k my left leg is still messed up so I am hoping that the chiropractor appointment on Thursday will shed some light on my issue and hopefully fix it because I am raring to go! I was going to go on to Day 4 but I didn't want to push it and get injured so I opted to do some mall walks and Jillian's Yoga Meltdown instead. I did get my 30 Day Shreds done though.

I had a pretty bad cheat day yesterday but I didn't go too crazy. It will definitely throw off my averages for the week though.
