This is the key to anything you do. On your journey to weight loss, physical fitness and a healthier lifestyle you will experience many times when you want to give up. Things don't progress as fast as you want, you have a bad day with eating, you cant find time to do your regular exercise routine. Have patience and get back on track the following day or as soon as you can. Just don't loose heart and "Never, never never,give up" You will be glad you didn't.
