Yesterday I wound up with a horrific headache, so I spent most of the day in bed sleeping it off. I thought the whole day was a wash fitness-wise, but even at 8pm, I decided to get in a workout. At first I thought I'd do 15 minutes on the treadmill then do some light yoga for my 10 minutes of stretching. Well, that 15 minutes turned into 60 minutes of almost 2.5 miles of walking. My 10 minutes of yoga turned into 15 minutes. Before I knew it, I had 75 minutes of fitness in for the day. I still had the headache, but the rest of me felt better for it.
So, even if you are not "feeling it", try to do at least 15 minutes. You'll thank yourself later!
