I have been using my Bodymedia for a few days now. I love all the info I'm getting. from tracking yesterday I understand why even when I didn't track last weekend and ate whatever I wanted I still lost weight. Apparently I am not eating as much as I think.

I love the targets and being able to see what I am doing. It does motivate me to move more.

Last night I tried the DVD that came with it "The Biggest Loser power x-train". It did make me sweat. I will try to do it at least another time this week. they suggest 6 times a week, but with going to the gym 4 times a week, commuting to work and living I figured aiming for twice a week was more realistic. Nice thing about the dvd is you can assemble your training. select warm up, add either the metabolic circuit, the power training or all about reps then add to that the cooldown. you get a continuous video. I tried the metabolic circuit. will try one of the others next time.
I am really happy I got this. I'm sure it is going to be a big help.
