10 days into March, I can't say I did all that good.

Today is a turning point, though. I'm trying a new gym.. again! I like the fact that their equipment seems more recent and hi-tech. I'm not very into television or anything, but I like the fact that each cardio machine has it's own personal screen and that you can change channel, so I won't be forced into soap opera or anything. There's also a sauna.. I'll be able to treat myself a little and use it as an additional motivator to GO to the gym :) Also, from what I could see the other day on my try out, people seems to be VERY motivated and they exercise vigorously! That's nice, for a change. The staff was very nice and helpful too.

6 days a week is still my objective, 30 pounds in 6 months as well. Totally doable! Now if I can just sleep a little.. hehe :) emoticon

    A gym you like is definitely important!! Always good to find something that keeps you going. Good luck, and always remember that even if you don't feel like going, you'll feel great once you get there! emoticon
