It was a good week! I met almost all of my goals. Result? I lost 3.6 pounds!
Since this was my first week with a goal to eat within my calorie range in a long time, I was ready to cut myself some slack, but I surprised myself. I didn't even come close to using all of my "flex" calories. I ate an average of 1979 calories with a breakdown of 54% carbs/29% fat/19% protein.
I did at least 10 minutes of exercise daily for a total of 188 minutes. I missed my 2000 calories burned goal, so I'll be sure to focus more on that this week.
I've been missing my meditation. I usually do it right before bed after the baby has gone to sleep, but I keep finding myself too sleepy to stay up. I've been fighting off a cold, so I think that might be part of it.
This week is going to be hard with the time change, because not only will I have to get myself back on schedule, I'll have an 11-month-old off schedule as well. Wish me luck!
