The Spark sleep-over

We had a great evening, when we first arrived, I put together the veggie-stuffed mac & Cheese, Babbitt had already made a salad and Andrea made potato chips in the microwave (no oil). We each a glass of red wine and enjoyed the meal and shared some Woo Hoo moments. The newest to our group Linda, shared her goals and what she hopes to accomplish, all in line with what I think most of us on SP want; to be a healthy weight and learn to adopt a healthy lifestyle, so we don't look at this as a diet, but a lifestyle change.

After dinner we had a prayer circle, wrote letters to ourselves (that we will receive in the mail sometime in the future) and made vision boards. It was 11:30 when we finally turned in.

The morning brought exercise; Babbitt has a treadmill & elliptical so we did some cardio, breakfast was a yogurt parfait filled with greek yogurt, fruit, flaxseed meal, and homemade granola. yummy! Babbitt also made a green smoothie (not sure what was in it) So what girls gathering would not be complete with mani-pedis, so after breakfast we got our nails done. WooHoo, once a month we are trying to have these gatherings.
