Using Sundays as my prep day for the following week has been the best thing I have done to aid my weight loss, prep day involves tasks that will make the week ahead that little bit easier and free up time to exercise.
What do I do on prep day?
- Clean and tidy the house top to bottom.
- Prepare my sons outfits for the whole week (I place outfits fully prepared for mon-fri, this includes pants and socks so that I can grab a pile and everything's there rather than rushing around in the morning)
- Prepare healthy lunches for the week ahead. (includes making pasta and soups)
- Prepare gym bag ready for action.
There are many things that can be done on Sunday prep day but this is just a few of them, by having a nice tidy house I can get up early on monday, grab my workout bag, grab my lunch and get my son ready hassle free.
