Day 1 Results: 3.2 lbs down
Day 2 Results: 2.6 lbs down
Anyone who has been reading my blog knows that I have not been able to move the scale in 4 months.
I am also kicking the coffee habit with the start of this plan. I felt tired on Friday and Saturday but feel pretty good this morning at the beginning of day 3.
Needless to say, I am pleased.
Here's my spicy vegetable soup that I will be eating for my lunch today and a couple other days this week for lunch.
