Got to the gym yesterday---first time since being back from vacation. Today is Sunday---bowling league tonight so that will be exercise for today. Followed my food plan yesterday and the numbers on the scale went down this morning. This week's goal is to drink more water. Did not know drinking more water and keeping hydrated will increase my metabolism. Feel very good about everything I did yesterday.
