Going to try and ease off the daily ToDo blogs and just do a weekly one, where I'll check in every couple of days for changes, etc.

Sunday 3/10

1. Eat a healthy breakfast under 500 cals
This one is very automatic that I may not keep writing it still

2. Work 8-4

3. Eat packed lunch

4. Cook dinner
Spaghetti with sausage and corn

5. Grocery shopping

6. Complete 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

7. Drink 6+ cups water
Again, this one is very automatic when I'm in a routine that I don't need to write it anymore

Monday 3/11

1. Work meeting at 10a

2. Complete 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

3. Drive Chris to/from grad school

4. Work at 2:45

5. Crockpot Tex Mex Soup for dinner

6. Start studying for MTELS - 12noon

Tuesday 3/12

1. 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

2. Work at 2:45

3. Drive Chris to/from grad school

4. Read/write for 10mins

5. Study for MTELS - 10a

Wednesday 3/13

1. 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

2. Work at 2:45

3. Start preparing materials for new job

4. Study for MTELS - 10a

5. Chicken pot pie for dinner

Thursday 3/14

1. 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

2. Work at 2:45

3. Study for MTELS - 10a

Friday 3/15

1. 5% challenge goals - exercise & stretching

2. Work at 2:45

3. Study for MTELS - 10a

4. Read/write for 10mins

Saturday 3/16

1. Work 730-4

2. 5% challenge goals - exercise & whatever the new LTLG goal is

3. Salsa chicken for dinner

Yesterday I completed 1-5 I didn't make dinner when I got home, I wasn't that hungry, and Chris just had leftovers.

Off to get ready for work!

    Wow- I envy you. You are a planner and an organized person! Putting it in writing ahead of time truly does help to stay focussed on the goal. I need to work on that.
